She walked in a hurry, it was late, very late and she had missed the last bus. The sky was scattered with dark clouds, marring the beauty of a full moon night. A thunder rumbled somewhere ominously. She walked faster, there was an unmistakable sound of footsteps following her, she nervously peered over her shoulder but saw no one.
The sound of footsteps got closer, she looked around again. The clouds parted for a moment, letting the moonlight pass, and in that eerie moment she saw the burly man following her with a snide smile on his face.
She started running.
The man leered from behind, ‘Wait up sweetheart, tonight you are mine.’
She ran frantically, through the maze of lanes, getting lost and finally stopping at a dead end, knowing that she was trapped.
He neared slowly now, that his catch was confirmed. He loved this part, the chase, the victim’s helplessness, her fear, her absolute surrender, he loved every bit of it, the entire act of violation he was about to perform. His face now mirrored his lewd intention.
She stood shaking, cowering, in the semi darkness.
He closed in and then she turned around gently.
The clouds parted letting a faint light of moon shine through them, revealing her face. He was stunned. ‘But you… you…’ he stammered
Her face now broke into a smile, the faint moonlight revealed her bloodshot eyes and snow white fangs, she laughed, licking her lips, in the anticipation of her kill.
She added ‘Tonight, YOU are mine, sweetheart.’
